Our Sports and Recreation Group includes Mechanical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Materials, Human Factors, Biomechanical, and Medical experts with expertise in a wide range of physical activities including playgrounds; skating (ice and roller); go-carting; off-roading; boating; mountain climbing; amusement parks and rides; snowmobiling; baseball; bicycling; hang-gliding; tennis; skiing (snow and water); sledding; softball; swimming and diving; golfing.

Oftentimes, these investigations involve the design, operation, maintenance, and supervision of sports facilities or the design, manufacturing, maintenance, testing, and warning labeling of sports equipment. Our experts are experienced in handling these various aspects of both property damage and personal injury incidents. In addition, our experts can assist in determining potentially liable parties, including designers, manufacturers, installers, owners, operators, service/maintenance contractors, and/or the injured plaintiff(s).
