Our Vocational and Life Care Planning Group includes professionals with hands-on experiences in the areas of vocational testing and life care planning (including data analysis of medical, financial, and educational needs). Our services include Rehabilitation Plans, Vocational Testing, Loss of Earnings, and Medical and Psychological Data Interpretation.

Rachael’s certifications include National Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC); Ohio BWC Certified Transitional Work Developer; and Ohio BWC Certified Job Placement Specialist. She is fluent in Chinese-Mandarin, English, and Russian.

Her experience and expertise includes medical and vocational case management; rehabilitations evaluations; life care planning; spinal cord and traumatic brain injury; heart transplant; amputations; catastrophic disabilities; auditing hospital bills; comprehensive assessments; record analysis and research; chronic health care needs; workers compensation; return-to-work plans; intravenous antibiotics and nutrition; maintaining patient charts; chemotherapy; bone marrow transplant; oncology/hematology; dying process support; burns; chronic pain; pediatrics/cerebral palsy; and chronic pain management.
